My goal as a coach is to teach the girls high-level competitive strategy when it comes to the game of flag football. They will learn several defensive schemes and alignments. They will know how to read defensives for offensive advantage.  They will learn several plays and positions. They will understand game strategy from teams that will be playing in the Olympics. Players will learn offense and defensive skills and will have the opportunity to play several positions.
